Maribel Ruiz, she is a Certified Professional Cook, specializing in  Puerto Rican and Caribbean Cuisine, as well as International Comfort food.  She is in charge of preparing the meals for her clients; organize the cooking process, shop all the food-related supplies and clean-up the kitchen after events. Her team is prepared to handle food for parties, holiday meals, and special functions. She cooks and prepares menus ranging from traditional to gourmet, to vegetarian or vegan, depending on your preferences.  She can do breakfast, lunch or dinner; appetizers to desserts, and Cottage Food.
